A short survey has been launched to better understand how users work with geological data, which features are most valuable, and what could be improved

The European Geological Data Infrastructure (EGDI), developed by EuroGeoSurveys, is a free online platform that brings together geological data from across Europe, providing easy access through maps, datasets, and web services.

Thanks to EGDI, users from scientific, educational, and industrial sectors can easily search, visualise, and analyse geological information.

However, EGDI continues to evolve, and the project team aims to make the platform even better. This new survey will help identify how users interact with geological data, what tools are most useful, and which aspects require enhancement.

Whether you are exploring EGDI for the first time or have been using it for years, your feedback matters. It will help shape the future of the platform and improve its features and functionality.
