The Services Directorate will be responsible for coordinating drilling, production intensification, downhole operations and capital construction. Instead of managing each process separately, the company is moving towards joint planning, standardised performance indicators and a single team taking responsibility for the completed well.
The new model has already been tested. According to Ukrgazvydobuvannya, it has helped to reduce the production cycle and downtime, as well as enabling a more efficient allocation of equipment and personnel across sites, taking into account their readiness, priority and expected production. The company has not yet published the quantitative results of the testing.
