The parties plan to jointly organise events, participate in international scientific and educational projects, exchange publications, best practices and informational materials, and publicise each other’s activities on social media and the partners’ communication platforms.
The memorandum also aims to promote the principles of geoethics and the responsible use of mineral resources. IAGETH advances geoethics through educational programmes, training courses, publications and scientific research; supports the development of an ethical approach to sustainable development; and builds an international network of geoethics centres and scientific partnerships.
This collaboration creates further opportunities for Ukrainian geologists to participate in the international scientific and professional community.
