NGO NOVA Energia invites stakeholders to join the online roundtable, which will take place on 27 January 2026 from 14:00 to 16:00 (EET) on the Zoom platform.
The event will focus on public and community involvement in the negotiation, implementation, and monitoring of Production Sharing Agreements (PSA). During the roundtable, NOVA Energia will present the findings of its research on public participation in PSA, followed by a discussion of the legal, institutional, and practical aspects of implementing such agreements.
Key discussion topics include:
- community participation in PSA processes;
- implementation of investors’ social obligations;
- transparency of procedures and the role of public authorities;
- tools for public monitoring and the use of open data.
