The III Investment Forum will take place on April 24, 2026, in Kyiv as a dedicated platform designed to bring together businesses, investors, and the legal community to develop concrete solutions in the field of investment.
Participants will discuss the key challenges currently facing Ukraine’s investment climate — from regulatory barriers to labor shortages and the high risks of doing business.
Organizers emphasize that the forum is aimed not at abstract discussions, but at delivering practical outcomes: businesses will voice systemic issues, while legal experts will propose mechanisms to address them.
Among the main challenges to be discussed are complex permitting procedures, the demographic crisis, sanctions-related constraints, investment screening, and the high cost of risk for large-scale projects. At the same time, Ukraine demonstrates significant potential in the defense industry, energy sector, and critical minerals.
Key topics of the forum include:
- demography as an economic factor and investing amid a shrinking workforce;
- wartime economy, risk insurance, and access to global finance;
- energy sector development, including decentralized generation and project financing;
- development of Defense Tech and integration of Ukraine’s defense industry into the European space;
- utilization of mineral resources (lithium, titanium, graphite) in the context of global security;
- new Private Equity strategies and the transformation of the investment landscape.
Participation is available by prior registration only.
The event will be held in a hybrid format: offline in Kyiv and online via the Zoom platform.
